IMPORTANT NOTE

The above steps are a guide. They are to help you to successfully plan your new self build home. Building a home is not a DIY project and the notes are to help you understand each step and to tell you a little bit about each stage. We have also included some diagrams etc so that you can watch each step and understand why things are or should be done in a certain way.
We strongly recommend that you hire trade professionals with a proven track record for each stage. All trade references should be checked before hiring anybody. We also strongly recommend that you acquire the services of a qualified engineer. This engineer will sign off each stage of the build and make sure that your home is built using the correct building regulations.
Remember: if you are unsure or unhappy about anything during the build don’t be afraid to ask questions or stop everything until such time that you are satisfied. It’s your home and your money. Happy building and we look forward to being of service to you in the future.
